Terms of sale

• Seller: Hexaciv, full identity in the Legal notice. Contact: support@hexaciv.com.
• Product: digital practice content. Exam Pass: access until the exam date you enter + 30 days (120 days if no date), 8 mock exams, full bank, situational pack, full plan (calendar of the 8 mock exams). 30-day Pass: 30 days, 4 mock exams, knowledge bank, plan with the calendar of the 4 mock exams, no situational pack and no guarantee. Language Pack: 120 days of access to reading and grammar question series (levels A2, B1, B2) with explanations, plus listening exercises, writing topics and speaking topics that you self-assess (Hexaciv does not mark your texts or your voice); no civic-exam mock exams, no refund guarantee and no preparation specific to one test (apart from the TCF-format series and listening exercises of the Morocco TCF Pass, which it contains). Pass + Language Pack: one payment, two accesses (the Exam Pass and the Language Pack), each on the conditions above; you get two emails, one link per access. Morocco TCF Pass: 120 days of access to 3 timed series of multiple-choice questions in TCF format (4 options) and 4 listening exercises explained in French, Arabic and Darija; no civic-exam mock exams, no preparation for another test, no promise of a result. The Language Pack contains everything in the Morocco TCF Pass. Resit Pack: 30 days from payment, the full bank, the situational pack and 4 mock exams (numbers 5 to 8), no refund guarantee.
• Price: €19 (Exam Pass or Language Pack), €29 (Pass + Language Pack), €12 (30-day Pass), €9 (Morocco TCF Pass) or €9 (Resit Pack) including VAT, one-off payment through Stripe, no subscription.
• Delivery: access link by email as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Withdrawal: access is immediate. By ticking the box before paying you ask for immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right for this digital content.
• Refund: a full refund ends access. Morocco TCF Pass: full refund, no conditions, if you ask within 14 days of purchase; a commercial commitment from Hexaciv, separate from the statutory right of withdrawal (see hexaciv.com/refund). For the Pass + Language Pack, refunding the Pass part (€19) ends Pass access only; the Language Pack stays open. Guarantee: see hexaciv.com/refund.
• Complaints and disputes: write to support@hexaciv.com first, reply within 2 business days. If we cannot settle it together, you can contact the consumer authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution body in your country, or the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for cross-border help.
• Applicable law: Spanish law. The mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your country of residence still apply.
• If you live in Morocco: Law 31-08 on consumer protection applies. Its 7-day right of withdrawal (art. 36) does not cover a service that has started with your agreement (art. 38), which is what you ask for when you tick the box before paying; the Morocco TCF Pass 14-day refund still applies.
