Refunds and guarantee

• Exam Pass (€19 incl. VAT): full refund guarantee if your last two different mock exams reach 34/40 or more in the app, you sit the exam while your access is open and you do not pass it.
• To claim it, write to support@hexaciv.com with your order email and proof of your exam result. With an account, the mock exams you take while signed in are saved on it, and you can enter the date of your exam result in your account. For mock exams taken while signed out, keep a screenshot of both results and attach it: they stay on your device. The refund goes back to the payment method used, through Stripe, and ends access.
• Pass + Language Pack (€29 incl. VAT): the guarantee covers the Pass part (€19) only, on the same conditions. If it is accepted, €19 is refunded and Pass access ends; the Language Pack stays open.
• 30-day Pass (€12 incl. VAT): not covered by the guarantee. The guarantee does not cover exam fees.
• Resit Pack (€9 incl. VAT): not covered by the refund guarantee. It gives 30 days of access, the full bank, the situational pack and 4 mock exams (numbers 5 to 8). It is meant for someone who sat the exam and did not pass.
• Morocco TCF Pass (€9 incl. VAT): full refund, no conditions, if you ask within 14 days of purchase (the date of payment). Reply to the access email or write to support@hexaciv.com; no screenshot or proof needed. The refund goes back to the payment method used, through Stripe, and ends access. This is a commercial commitment from Hexaciv, separate from the statutory right of withdrawal: you give up that right by asking for immediate access, but the commitment stays valid. If you live in Morocco, that statutory right is 7 days (Law 31-08, art. 36 and 38): our 14 days go further. The Exam Pass guarantee does not apply to the Morocco TCF Pass.
• Language Pack (€19 incl. VAT): not covered by the refund guarantee. It contains reading and grammar question series (A2, B1, B2) and listening, writing and speaking tasks that you self-assess (Hexaciv does not mark your texts or your voice), and does not promise any result in a French test.
• Access length. Exam Pass: access until 30 days after your exam date, or 120 days from purchase if you give no date. The guarantee runs for that same period. 30-day Pass: 30 days from purchase. Resit Pack: 30 days from payment, outside the guarantee. Language Pack: 120 days of access after purchase. Morocco TCF Pass: 120 days of access after purchase. Pass + Language Pack: each part follows the period above.
• Withdrawal: access is immediate. By ticking the box before paying you ask for immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right for this digital content.
• Faulty content or an access link that does not open: write to us and we fix it or refund you.
