  1. The REAAP help parents develop their skills. The Laep encourage meetings between parents and their children under 6.
  2. Meeting spaces let separated parents see their children for a while. Family information points inform parents and make their administrative procedures easier.
  3. The Clas help parents follow their children's schooling. Family mediation helps to find a solution in a family conflict.
  4. Parents have the duty to protect their child. For example, they do not leave the child alone and they avoid dangerous situations.
  5. Parents must report any violence. They contact the school for violence linked to school, and the police or gendarmerie for serious violence.
  6. The number 119 is for a child in danger. The number 30 20 is for the harassment of a child.
  7. The national charter for parenting support has 8 main principles. It values parents' skills and is for all families.
  8. Support starts before the child arrives and lasts until adult life. It respects equality between women and men, with competent or trained helpers.
