Hexaciv partner programme: terms

Hexaciv is an independent service that helps people prepare for the French civic exam. It is not connected to the French state, the Ministry of the Interior or any exam centre.

To get your partner link or code, email support@hexaciv.com with the name of your organisation and the address of its website.

What you get

If you share your partner link or code and someone buys Pass Examen through it, we pay you 20% of the price they paid, excluding VAT. The price excluding VAT is the price paid divided by 1.21. Example: on a €19 Pass, the price excluding VAT is €15.70 and your commission is €3.14. The buyer pays the same price as everyone else. There is no discount code and no fee to join. The commission is the 20% itself: if you charge VAT on it, the amount does not increase.

When it counts

A purchase counts when the buyer pays in the same visit in which they opened your link, or when they enter your code at checkout. If they come back another day, they need to enter your code. The last link or code used before payment is the one that counts. You cannot earn commission on your own purchases.

When it is confirmed

A purchase is confirmed 30 days after payment. If the buyer is refunded before then, for any reason, the purchase earns no commission. After day 30 a refund does not reduce a commission we have already confirmed.

How you are paid

By bank transfer, on request, once your confirmed balance is at least €25. Send us your bank details. If you are a business or association, tell us whether you will send us an invoice. You are responsible for any tax or declaration that applies to you. Public bodies that may not accept payments from third parties can ask for a code with no payout; the count still works.

Your name on hexaciv.com

When someone opens your link or enters your code, hexaciv.com shows your organisation's name in the line below, or in the no-payout line if your code pays nothing. We use the display name you give us.

What you can see

On request, and once a month when there is a balance, we email you your own numbers: purchases, refunds, confirmed and paid. We do not share buyer names, emails or other partners' numbers.

Rules

1. If your code pays a commission, say so whenever you share your link or code (the line below), in the language you are writing in. If you translate it, keep the French or English line next to it. On social media, write «Collaboration commerciale» (or «Publicité») in the post itself, visible for the whole post or video, and also use the platform's paid-partnership label if it offers one. If your code pays nothing, you can use: "This link comes from [organisation]. Hexaciv pays it nothing."
2. Do not say or imply that Hexaciv is official, approved by the state, or that anyone is guaranteed to pass. We publish no pass rate, so do not quote one.
3. Do not press anyone to buy. The free mock exam is there so people can decide for themselves.
4. Never say the Pass is required, and never make buying it a condition of a class, a place, an appointment or any help you give.
5. Do not mention a refund or a money-back guarantee; send people to hexaciv.com for the conditions.
6. No paid search ads on the name Hexaciv, no spam, no pretending to be Hexaciv.
7. We can end the programme or remove a code at any time. Confirmed commission is still paid, and purchases made before the end date still confirm after 30 days and are paid.
8. If we change these terms, we email you 14 days before. Purchases made before the change keep the old terms.

Data

We keep the partner code with the order so we can pay you. We do not keep a profile of the buyer for you. We use your bank details and contact only to pay you and keep our accounts, and keep them as long as accounting law requires. Publisher: see the legal notice. Questions: support@hexaciv.com.
